Opa’s guarantees the quality of our products and that they will arrive either frozen or at a chilled temperature. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of an Opa’s product, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Opa's has a 24 hour notification policy. If for some reason your product was received below a chilled temperature, or the packaging of the product was compromised in any way, we ask that you notify us of any problems by the next business day. We will replace your product free of charge. Please call (800) 543-6750 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST. Voicemail recordings and emails will not be accepted as a notification. Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages left unopened/unrefrigerated for long periods of time at the destination.
A replacement or refund is not an admission of fault, error or failure by Opa’s. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
