STANDARD SHIPPING & PROCESSING CHARGES

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINE

Christmas orders must be received by MONDAY-DECEMBER 12, 2022 8:00AM (CT) to utilize our Standard Ground shipping. Our shipping carriers (UPS and FedEx) have set a deadline for their Ground Christmas delivery service as Tuesday – December 13, 2022. We will make every attempt to get your package delivered in a safe and timely fashion.

All anticipated Christmas orders received after Monday, December 12, 2022 will require additional expedited shipping. Cost will vary based on timing and distance. Please call our Customer service for a quote at 830-997-3358.

We will be pausing all shipping beginning Monday, December 19, 2022 and will resume normal shipping on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Because our product is perishable we want to insure that your order will be received in a timely manner. The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments of the United States to issue work and travel restrictions which are impacting operations. As a result our shipping companies have suspended their money back-guarantee for all shipping services. Opa’s Smoked Meats has also suspended the money-back guarantee for all shipping services.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

All SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII MUST BE SHIPPED USING EXPEDITED SHIPPING. – This is in addition to the regular Ground Shipping charges added at checkout. You will be contacted by our customer service department to discuss cost and delivery options.

STANDARD SHIPPING (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)

All products are shipped frozen to ensure the quality of your order. All packages are shipped in a sealed styro-foam container packed with frozen gel packs.

While we make every effort to minimize shipping charges for our customers, from May 1st to October 1^st any orders shipped to addresses not in Texas will require additional shipping and handling rates to accommodate warm weather shipping requirements for perishable items. If your order is affected by these additional charges we will contact you by phone or email to discuss your shipping options. We highly recommend that you consider sending gift cards during these times. Out of state orders will not be charged or processed until we receive your written approval of any additional shipping charges.
